Happy New Year!!!!

Wishing you all a Happy New Year! Hoping 2011 will be the best year ever.

My granddaughter came over and spent the day with me yesterday. We had so much fun playing with photoshop, eating all the stuff we shouldn't be eating and playing with my ipad. Fun!!!! Here is what Alexandra created while playing in photoshop. I just now noticed that she didn't sign it so we will have to fix that when she comes back.  I am wondering if the sweet child doesn't think I am a little wacky. I love, love my ipad so much that I have been getting kids books to read and watch on it...lol..they are just so awesome. Anyways I had to give up my ipad while she was here so I grabbed the iphone and played with it. I noticed that I had Twas the night before Christmas book on it so I clicked it and told it to play and read to me. She just sat there looking at me like I had gone over the edge or something..lol...hmmm...

Such fun memories. Is there anything better than getting together with your grandchild? I love working and playing with mine...and oh, the new toys we have to play with! I guess an Ipad is every bit as good as reading a book on Kindle?

Happy 2011 Debby!

Awww, I bet you had sooo much fun with your granddaughter. I had my precious little granddaughter for the whole weekend. I love it. At two-years-old, our activities together were very simple, but precious, nonetheless.

Happy New Year to you!

Happy New Year, Debby! I too love children's books and films (without a kid of my own anywhere to be found.) It's a creative-person thing...
