I signed up for a Secret Sister Swap over at the Paper Whimsy Forum and one of the requirements was to decorate a large envy to send off to our secret sister and stuff if full of some of their favourite things. I have my decorated envelope completed so I thought I would share it with you. This was so much fun to create and stuff full of wonderful goodies. I decided to actually ship my envy and the goodies in a box, so as not to get everything ruined while in transit.
Oh my gosh, is anyone looking for rain? About two hours ago, day turned to night and we had terrible thunder and lightening, that left us and all of a sudden about ten minutes ago the skies opened up, it has gotten dark again and it is teeming rain. My hubby has his Club Championships today and I have to assume he must be going on at least round 3 of getting kicked off the course and heading back into the clubhouse, in the holding pattern while waiting for the weather to through. Not my kind of fun!!! LOL....

Your altered envelope is just gorgeous Debby, one lucky gal your swap partner is :) I have been missing from PW, feel terrible but I just can't keep up with it all.
We had the storm here too about 9am but now it has settled down, hope the rain holds off for your hubbies championship today.
Your envelope is cute as can be with a flowery kinda summer look!! I always love the faces you use... My husband is playing in a golf tourney today. It is supposed to be sunny all day, but ended up with an inch of rain again yesterday. It is soggy and steamy here. Anyway, off to play since I have the day to myself, life is good!!!
Oh, my! This is gorgeous! Love the little fairy and her "magic slippers"! Lucky, lucky swap partner to receive this beautiful piece! Hugs, Terri
I'm ooohing and ahhhing like always! You add so many eye catching mini details! Your work is always fun to look at again and again because of that! I always seem to find something new!
Rain rain go away! Come again another day!
I am so glad you put the envelope in another container! It is truly a work of art. I think there must be hours of love put inside. What a clever gal you are...sharon
p.s. will we get to see the other swappers results? Just curious...
Your envelope is beautiful. Glad it will be kept safely in a box. It would be such a shame to mar it with all the stuff the PO puts on it.

Beautiful!
I just got involved in an altered envelope swap at Marie Antoinette mail art ... I had never heard of them before - they seem to be everywhere! I'll never catch up - I've still never made an inchie!
YOu have a lucky partner!
Oh Debby....what a beaut!! I hope that I'M the lucky sister you're swapping with!!! : ) I know who I have...but August is such a long time away. I do have some goodies for my swap sister, but I haven't started the envy yet. Got some other projects I must finish first. Seems that I keep getting further and further behind.
Thanks for sharing!
