The photo of the girls was taken by my niece Carly and the flowers by Athena. This technique is combining two or more photos into one. I faded the rose photo in the girls three times to get this effect. Pretty easy to do and I love the effect.
This is two images the background is another of Athena's pictures and the angel is actually a picture of my niece Lisa, that was taken by another of my nieces, Carly at Opaque Studios. We had to use a displacement map for this lesson. Kind of fun to play with the photo's like this.
This is a photo of our adopted daughter, as we love to call her Athena. I stole this pic from her to use for this particular technique which is adding photo edges.
I am busy taking a PSE class over at LVS Online, having lots of fun too...hehehe...
Lesson 3 was fabulous and I thought I would share my pics with you. Remember I am very much in the learning stage, but I guess we have to start somewhere.

Wow, Debby! You're a fast learner! Love what you're doing, and the best part is that you're learning and having fun along the way. You GO, Girl! Hugs, Terri
These are terrific - you're learning a lot!
I wish so much that I could use my Photoshop on my new computer - but, it just won't work. And, LOL, I can't bring myself to invest in yet ANOTHER one!
Oh Wow, thanks for sharing your work Debby, you are doing great, such artistic digital art!!!
Your digital work is stunning and so evocative, Debby! You are taking your artistic ability to new and interesting heights. Love to visit and see what you're up to these days. Hugs...
Very cool. It looks like lots of fun and I can imagine you spend hours playing! I know I would!
Debby, I have photoshop CS but don't have time to play anymore. Too busy beading and crafting. Your pictures are a work of art!

You're a natural...the images are stunning. I hope you get an "A" in class!
I have to agree with Jan who said you are a "natural" at this. I look at these and can't even imagine how you do it! Maybe at some point I will invest in a class which I think is the best way to learn for me..... Congratulations!
Beautiful work Debby - it must be so rewarding to unravel the mysteries of Photoshop. I try it and just end up frustrated! Congrats!
