I am addicted to rolodex cards!

I joined a rolodex card swap on the Paper Whimsy Forum and now that my cards are finished and mailed off I can't stop making these sweet little cards.

Sad, everyone has switched all of their information over to the computer and you don't see many of these sitting around anymore, but if you are out junking and stumble upon one, pick it up, bring it home and alter it. I am going to try and fill mine with more beautiful cards and I will eventually have a continuous wheel of beautiful art.

Can hardly wait for the swap cards to arrive in my mail so I can add those beauties to my wheel.

I love 'um. This goes along with my motto, "Don't throw anything away! ya never know when you could re-purpose it!" Thanks for the great idea. To think my secretary's desk could have looked so cute all those years, had I just thought about it!

A continual wheel of beautiful art! Ohhhhhh that sounds wonderful Debby, and your art is wonderful too, I can't believe you have made of all of these. Now, if I ever get to junkin' again I am going to be on the look out for a roladex , with cards on it of course :)

What a fabulous idea! and so timely for me....I use a rolodex....and I mean an OLD rolodex at my office each day and every day for the last 35 years.....I will be leaving my position at the end of the year and now I know what I will be doing in "retirement"! (My husband is laughing at me right now). How fun...and how creative! I love it!
Be well, Laura
