More treasures from the girls, pretty market flowers and yet another fabulous win!

I had a chance to play with some of my beautiful treasures from the sweet ladies that are looking down on us! It is just nuts don't yah think? I can't believe that I have received all these beautiful things from two awesome ladies that I don't even know. I am having so much fun opening boxes and bags and finding more and more things that I truly love. I hope you are enjoying sharing in my special time with me because I sure love sharing these beauties with all of you.

Gorgeous lace collar, it is really pretty.

Another hat, this one is rather plain, but I love it.

It looks divine!

More beautiful hankies. They are so pretty and colorful.

This picture frame is amazing, across the top and down the sides all engraved silver. YUM!!!!

This is just stunning and in perfect condition. Beautiful, beautiful.

A little bit closer!!! Jodie are you on your way to Ontario yet?

I wish you could see this fan in real!

Hand-painted!

oozing in mother of pearl, made in Occupied Japan.

Isn't this box pretty! It has water stains but it is still very pretty.

And look who lives inside the box. She is broken and tattered and torn.

She was living in the attic, aren't her clothes awesome. See that little straw thingie, it is one of her hats.

And here is another one of the ladies hats. I think I really like this one!

Beautiful isn't it?

Oh yes it is!!!

Here is a roll of old, old cheese cloth. This is the package that Jen's father was standing at the door with one day when they had called me over for another load. He was just beaming holding this and saying look what I found for you, I know you are going to love this. He was right, I do love this. Isn't it funny how someone can figure you out after just a few short visit. He must have over heard me freaking out for something like this on one of my other visit. I am a very lucky girl to have someone want to share all these pretties with me.

I went to our local farmer's market this morning and brought home beautiful freshly picked strawberries, yummy. I am going to make a strawberry shortcake from scratch tomorrow, it is my Gram's recipe, it doesn't look all that pretty but it is the yummiest I have ever had. I also got some homemade maple syrup, I hadn't seen this guy at our market before but he was willing to hand a plastic spoon over for me to try the syrup and I was sold immediately. I decided I will save this syrup for little ole me and let Tom use the store bought stuff, he just doesn't apprecitate the yumminess of the real thing..lol...I got beets, I love beets. I love them just plain boiled, I love them pickled and thrown on my salad. I forgot to take pics of my fruits, vegetables & syrup but I did get these and they are so beautiful and smell awesome.

They are simply stunning.

I adore peonies.

And the beautiful aroma, oh my.

So pretty. See the serving tray I have them sitting on, my parents gifted me with this years ago, I always loved it. It is so beautiful. It is made of wicker. The bottom of it is layered with the gorgeous material you see, you can see it better in photos at the bottom of this post and the material is covered with glass. Love it.

And then I was so lucky to get this amazing package in the mail from Janet at Shabbyfufu oh my gosh this is really a beautiful package. Be sure to check her out http://www.shabbyfufu.com/ you won't be sorry!
Thank you so much Janet, everything is beautiful.

Checkout all these pretties. I have to stop entering blog giveaways, I am starting to feel like a blog hog!!!

Beautiful canvas, aren't the colors fab.

Yummy teas,

Gorgeous cards,

awesome tags,

All wrapped up in this awesome Laduree gift bag from Paris, another beautiful notecard.

Wish the photo was better of the bird towel, it is so pretty.

Oh yeah, also done some shopping a few weeks back and that package arrived in the mail. I absolutely loved these beauties when Judy posted them on her blog and they are so beautiful when you see them in your very own little hand. There is just layer upon layer of collage awesomeness in every little piece. Visit her here
http://myartisticside.blogspot.com/ she is a fabulous artist.

Beautiful work!

layer after layer of luciousness.

so darned pretty, isn't this sweet

YUM!!!!!

Yummy! Just love everything you're posting from those two lovely ladies. Thank goodness all of this didn't just go in the rubbish as in alot of cases it does.
One day I'm going to blog about what I call my famous GARBAGE sale, when I brought home a half ton truck of "garbage!"
They were throwing all the good stuff out in the back lane and the garage sale held tupperware and glasses!
Happy unwrapping and unpacking to you! and enjoy your strawberries and beets!
